Mentor for Frontend Developers (Vue, React, Angular)

About the Position

We are a team that invests in the development of engineers, not just teaching tools. We are looking for a Frontend mentor (part-time possible) who wants to share practical experience, shape engineering thinking, and help Junior developers confidently continue their path in the profession.

Responsibilities10

• Mentoring Junior Frontend engineers
• Analyzing practical tasks
• Conducting code reviews (React / Vue / Angular projects)
• Assisting with application architecture and structure
• Explaining key concepts (state management, rendering, performance)
• Working with an existing training program
• Adapting training to the candidate's level
• Assessing students' progress
• Suggesting improvements to training formats
• Developing personal skills with regular feedback

Requirements10

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Frontend development
• Experience with modern frameworks: Vue, React, Angular
• Teamwork experience and understanding of development processes
• JavaScript / TypeScript: strong understanding of basics; working with asynchronous operations (Promises, async/await)
• Practical experience with Frontend Frameworks: Vue (Composition API is a plus), React (Hooks, Context), Angular (Services, DI, basic RxJS)
• State Management: Redux / Zustand / Pinia / NgRx (basic understanding of at least one)
• HTML / CSS: semantics; responsive design; Flexbox / Grid
• Experience with REST API
• Basic understanding of Webpack / Vite; Git (workflow, pull requests)
• Experience with Next.js / Nuxt; understanding of testing (Jest, Testing Library); basic understanding of performance optimization
