DevOps Engineer (Vanguard)

As a DevOps Platform Engineer at Thales, you will work on the F126 frigate program for the German Navy, focusing on next-generation warfighting capabilities. Your role involves maintaining, developing, and testing infrastructure software platforms within a multidisciplinary Agile team responsible for the entire development chain.

• More than 5 years experience with Linux, Red Hat certification
• Experience with IT security practices and scanning tools such as OpenScap and Nessus
• Experience with containerization development
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Ansible
• Experience maintaining software across various Operating System releases
• Programming languages: bash, python
• Experience with software containers and Kubernetes
• Experience with build pipelines and support tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Jira
• Experience with networking technologies
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT service management, or similar
