Full Stack Engineer

Join a growing engineering team at a Munich-based AI platform and product studio. You'll work across the full stack building core infrastructure for AI interactions — from synchronizing client datasets and running LLM workloads to supporting custom integrations. • Build and ship high-quality full-stack features using TypeScript and React, with a focus on seamless user experience.
• Design and implement robust backend systems capable of handling massive data scale and millions of API requests.
• Take full end-to-end ownership of features — from concept and development through deployment and ongoing operation.
• Debug production incidents, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar through thorough, constructive code reviews.
• Synchronize and index terabytes of client data while enforcing fine-grained permissions.
• Operate and optimize systems that process millions of LLM calls per month with high reliability.
• Architect and scale environments that spawn thousands of secure code sandboxes per day.
• Build foundational infrastructure that enables the integrations team to onboard new systems quickly.
• Collaborate on AI integrations to shape how users interact with the platform.

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering full-stack features using React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL in Dockerized environments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes-based deployment and container orchestration.
• Proven track record delivering production-grade backend services at scale — high data volume, millions of API requests, with a strong focus on reliability and security.
