Technical Implementation Lead

About the Position

We are a company that develops voice robots and more for the large business segment. We are looking for a 'player-coach' to lead the technical delivery stack of our products within the client's perimeter. This role will be key in defining delivery standards and project success from a technical standpoint.

Responsibilities13

• Implementing software delivery standards and ensuring compliance
• Documenting delivery processes, configurations, and support
• Receiving new products or versions from the DEV team and training specialists on implementation
• Analyzing client infrastructure before implementation, assessing risks and delivery timelines
• Installing and configuring products on the client's infrastructure
• Setting tasks for the implementation team and monitoring their execution
• Actively identifying and resolving issues during product delivery
• Coordinating work with other teams (development, PM, sales team)
• Analyzing software performance after implementation, collecting user feedback
• Identifying opportunities for improving performance and functionality
• Developing recommendations for the dev team on future product development
• Automating delivery
• Interacting with customer support to quickly resolve incidents.

Requirements13

• 3+ years of experience in software delivery, DevOps, or system administration
• Experience with Docker (mandatory), Kubernetes or Docker Swarm (preferred)
• Understanding of network protocols and interactions
• Experience with VMware, Linux systems (Ubuntu/CentOS/Debian), Nginx
• Experience setting up monitoring (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Ability to accompany the project with technical documentation
• Leadership and managerial qualities
• English — at least Intermediate level (working with technical documentation).
• Experience in a technical team manager position will be an advantage
• Experience in an IT product company will be an advantage
• Experience connecting and configuring telephony (SIP/VoIP) will be an advantage
• Experience building High Availability / High Load architectures will be an advantage.
