Senior Software Test Automation Engineer - Python

We are seeking a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer skilled in Python to build and run a solid testing framework, ensuring quality throughout automated testing efforts while guiding team members. The project involves developing MCP servers to power AI shopping agents and internal AI agents for a global leader in prestige beauty retail.

• Execute and implement automated tests to guarantee thorough coverage
• Build, maintain, and improve the Test Automation Framework (TAF)
• Develop and expand CI/CD pipelines
• Design API and UI tests to confirm system functionality
• Evaluate AI Agents for accuracy and dependability
• Guide and coach team members on best practices in test automation
• Collaborate on data architectures and data pipelines to enable testing

• Minimum 5 years in software test automation
• Hands-on experience enhancing TAF and implementing automated tests
• Familiarity with data architectures and data pipelines
• Strong skills in Python along with frameworks like pytest, pytest-xdist, and Playwright
• Demonstrated ability to build API and UI tests
• Hands-on background testing AI Agents
• Knowledge of ChatGPT or similar LLM-based chatbots
• A mindset suited for start-up environments
• English proficiency at B2+ level or above
