Junior Go Engineer

Solidgate is a payments orchestration platform. The Billing team is building Billing v2, a modern subscription system. The role involves building email reminders, billing dashboard, and microservices in Go.

• Building automated email reminders that recover failed payments and keep subscriptions active
• Contributing to a new Billing Dashboard where merchants can see their revenue, subscriptions, and payment stats
• Taking part in splitting a payment-retry feature into its own separate service, with a clean API between it and the main system
• Working on the Coupons service — building its new API and moving existing users over to it

• 6+ months of experience with Go
• Basic experience with databases (PostgreSQL is a plus)
• Willingness to learn testing: unit, integration, functional, e2e
• An open, proactive mindset
• Curiosity and genuine interest in learning how a fintech product works
• Understanding of microservices
