SRE Engineer

About the Position

We are global technology services company with a rapidly expanding footprint in the US. As an AWS Premier Tier services partner with over 700 in-house engineers, we are growing our Cloud unit and looking for a Junior–Mid Site Reliability Engineer to support and maintain customer environments on AWS.

Responsibilities11

• Ongoing support and maintenance of customer cloud environments
• Act as main point of contact (POC) for assigned customers
• Handle monitoring, alerts, incidents, and escalations
• Execute planned activities: DR drills, restore drills, upgrades, migrations
• Support EKS clusters: updates, migrations, dependency handling
• Assist during critical launches and production incidents
• Work hands-on with AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Use Bash and Python for automation, troubleshooting, and tooling
• Identify improvement opportunities and share insights with internal teams
• Maintain and update internal knowledge base and documentation
• Promote a strong customer experience and build long-term trust

Requirements9

• Strong experience with Node.js development
• Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n (or similar workflow tools)
• Understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, or AI agents
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs
• Experience with Docker
• Comfortable working in Linux (Ubuntu) environments
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• English (spoken and written)
