About the Position
UKEESS Software House is looking for an HTML/CSS Developer (Email Specialist) who wants to grow into marketing automation & CRM technologies. This is a full-time position that involves developing responsive email layouts and optimizing templates for performance and engagement.
Responsibilities7
- Rebuild and adapt email templates from SFMC into a new environment (Braze)
- Develop responsive, cross-client email layouts using HTML/CSS
- Ensure consistency of design, rendering, and functionality across devices and email clients
- Work with dynamic content and personalization logic (with team support)
- Collaborate with developers and conduct rigorous QA testing to validate functionality, dynamic content rendering, and data accuracy
- Continuously optimize templates for performance and engagement
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in Braze implementations
Requirements12
- 3+ years of commercial experience in development
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS — especially in email development
- Strong knowledge and skills in JavaScript
- Solid understanding of: responsive design, cross-browser / cross-client compatibility, email rendering quirks
- High attention to detail (this is critical for email work)
- Interest in working with marketing / CRM systems
- Understanding of Email Fluid Design
- English: Upper-Intermediate level at least (both spoken and written)
- Nice to have skills: Experience with: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Braze, or any marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with dynamic content/personalization
- Knowledge or experience with templating languages (e.g., Liquid)
- Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Braze Certified Developer
