The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain company and client websites, ensuring responsiveness, security, and performance, while collaborating with internal teams on marketing and e-commerce features.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining company and client websites
• Building and updating front-end user interfaces
• Implementing back-end functionality
• Integrating APIs
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, online service booking, and e-commerce features
• Ensuring consistent branding and usability across digital properties
• Monitoring site performance
• Applying best practices in SEO and accessibility
• Staying current with modern web technologies

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive Web Design
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming (e.g., server-side languages, databases, and API integration)
• Hands-on Web Development experience across the full stack, including deploying, maintaining, and optimizing websites
• Ability to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly web interfaces and improve existing site layouts
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern frameworks or libraries (such as React, Vue, Node.js, or similar)
• Understanding of web performance optimization, basic SEO principles, accessibility standards, and security best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a collaborative, customer-focused environment
• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field
