Staff Software Engineer, Restaurant Experience (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Restaurant Experience (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will shape the technical direction of the partner-facing experience and help create a scalable, data-rich platform for restaurant partners.

• Lead the technical vision for enhancing the restaurant partner experience
• Champion AI-native frontend development practices to improve workflows
• Define and advocate for frontend architectural standards in collaboration with the Front End Core team
• Evolve partner-facing frontend systems to serve a diverse restaurant partner network
• Establish architecture for business intelligence within the partner portal to provide actionable insights
• Mentor teammates and cultivate a culture of learning and collaboration

• 8+ years of professional development experience, primarily in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• 4+ years of production React experience with knowledge of micro-frontend architecture
• Track record of standardizing frontend architecture and overcoming technical challenges at scale
• Passion for creating user experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience building data-rich frontend interfaces and dashboards
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and define technology roadmaps
