Senior Data Analyst

About the Position

Inzhur is the first Ukrainian REIT company that allows Ukrainians to unite for investment in commercial real estate. We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst who will be a key driver of product decisions through data.

Responsibilities12

• Develop and maintain analytical dashboards (Power BI, Grafana, etc.)
• Automate reporting and build key product metric systems
• Design and analyze A/B tests and product experiments
• Build forecasts (activity, transactions, retention, LTV, churn)
• Analyze user behavior (segmentation, RFM, cohort analysis)
• Analyze funnels, conversion, and retention
• Formulate recommendations for product development based on data
• Identify insights, issues, and growth opportunities
• Calculate financial indicators (P&L, profitability, revenue)
• Work with large volumes of data, writing complex SQL queries
• Control data quality and detect anomalies
• Present results to the team and business

Requirements10

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in product or IT companies
• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL, complex queries, working with big data)
• Understanding of DWH and data structure
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Grafana)
• Understanding of product metrics and user behavior
• Experience in A/B testing
• Experience in building analytical models (LTV, churn, segmentation)
• Understanding of financial metrics (revenue, profitability, P&L)
• Ability to transform data into business decisions
• Python for analytics is a plus
