Senior Front-End (React.js) Developer

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Front-End (React.js) Developer to join our team and play a key role in building a cutting-edge AI product. You will work on a “context layer” platform that structures and visualizes how businesses actually operate, ensuring intuitive user experience and high-performance interfaces.

Responsibilities13

• Maintain and improve project conventions (architecture, code style, best practices)
• Suggest improvements for project processes and methodologies
• Estimate tasks and ensure alignment with own estimates
• Create and update project documentation
• Set up and maintain project environments
• Communicate technical requirements with clients
• Participate in technical interviews with clients and candidates
• Guide and support team members, provide tech feedback
• Deliver assigned tasks: analyze requirements, investigate solutions, write/review/test code, present results
• Collaborate with project managers, QA engineers, designers, analysts, and other teams
• Follow company processes (time logging, internal policies, etc.)
• Research new technologies and continuously update skills
• Provide feedback to colleagues and managers.

Requirements10

• 5+ years of experience in Frontend development
• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with React.js & Redux
• Experience with data communication approaches (REST, WebSockets, HTTP streaming)
• Experience with ClaudeCode (creating custom Skills/reusable instruction sets/workflows)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Effective interpersonal communication
• A self-learning mindset to stay updated with trends
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
• English: Upper-Intermediate or above.
