An established and profitable SaaS company is hiring a Ruby on Rails Developer (Mid-Senior level) to work on customer-facing features. The team is small, collaborative, and values quality and pragmatism. Senior candidates will also mentor other engineers and influence technical direction.

Requirements

  • Commercial Ruby on Rails experience
  • Experience working on SaaS or product-based applications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Comfortable working within a small, agile team
  • Passion for building quality software
  • Interest in learning and continuous improvement
  • For senior candidates: experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions
