Node.js Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities6

• Design, develop, and ship end-to-end features using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET (C#)
• Build and optimize scalable APIs and backend services using SQL and NoSQL databases
• Own technical decisions around performance, security, maintainability, and code quality
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful features
• Participate in and lead code reviews, design discussions, and DevOps improvements
• Mentor junior developers and help evolve engineering best practices

Requirements11

• 6+ years of full stack engineering experience
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js (5+ years) and at least 1 year of commercial experience with .NET (C#)
• Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools using Claude Code
• Experience with high-scale and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
• Familiarity with frameworks like Express, NestJS, or ASP.NET Core
• Solid understanding of system architecture, automated testing, and security best practices
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in a role split approximately 60% backend and 40% frontend
