Product Engineer (Fullstack)

About the Position

COPYMIND is seeking a Product Engineer for their AI product focused on personal growth. The role involves product ownership and influencing user metrics. They are looking for an engineer who thinks productively, can work autonomously, and wants to be a part of the core team with real impact.

Responsibilities6

• Define and implement product logic with the team
• Build features end-to-end (frontend + backend) focusing on user impact
• Participate in discovery: forming hypotheses, experiments, and solutions
• Analyze user behavior and influence product decisions through data
• Make technical and product decisions
• Be accountable for results, not just implementation

Requirements7

• 3+ years of product development experience (fullstack / frontend / backend)
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js
• Experience working on user-facing products
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty
• Understanding of product metrics (retention, conversion, engagement)
• Experience or desire to work with A/B testing and hypotheses
• High level of autonomy, responsibility, and initiative
