Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer (Lead)

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced DevOps & Platform Engineer (Lead) to join the core team of a high-scale, mission-critical platform. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a quick learner, and proactive with strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities10

• Design, build, and maintain On-Prem and Cloud-based infrastructure
• Running and optimizing multi environment infrastructure (development, staging, production) with clear operational processes
• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Support microservices built
• Implement security best practices
• Monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Improve performance, scalability, and system resilience
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across networking, Kubernetes, cloud services, and application layers
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle

Requirements8

• 7+ years of hands-on DevOps & Platform experience
• Strong experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM)
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Helm
• Solid experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools
• Experience working on mission-critical systems (payments, fintech, banking, gaming or similar)
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production systems under pressure
