About the Position

We are seeking a Mid-Level React / Node.js Developer to join our growing development team. The role is primarily focused on front-end application development with React, along with occasional backend and database interaction using Node.js and SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js
  • Build reusable UI components and implement modern front-end best practices
  • Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs
  • Develop and maintain lightweight Node.js backend services as needed
  • Create, update, and retrieve data from relational databases
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across the full stack
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience developing web applications with React.js
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks, libraries, and state management
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Working knowledge of Node.js
  • Experience consuming and posting data through REST APIs
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming and API integration patterns
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills
  • Experience inserting, updating, and retrieving data from databases
  • Familiarity with SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
  • MongoDB experience is a plus, but SQL experience is preferred
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Familiarity with Git and source control best practices
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
  • Experience troubleshooting API and database integration issues
