Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer (Angular, Node.js)

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong backend expertise to strengthen our engineering team at a successful web project from the USA. The current stack includes Angular and Node.js, with a strategic goal to expand backend capabilities and strengthen collaboration with engineering and ETL teams.

• Develop and maintain features using Angular and Node.js (Express).
• Contribute to backend services and system architecture where applicable.
• Strengthen the team's backend expertise and engineering maturity.
• Collaborate with engineering and ETL teams on integrations and data-related workflows.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve system scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Share knowledge and support other engineers when needed.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience in backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Angular.
• .NET experience would be a plus, but it is not a strong requirement.
• Experience designing and implementing backend services or APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex systems.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
• Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of technical solutions.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Experience working with healthcare systems or regulated environments
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Mentorship or technical leadership experience

• Projects with a modern JS stack (React.js, React Native, Vue.js, Angular, Node.js)
