Junior Promo Designer

About the Position

This role involves developing promotional materials for digital channels, creating animations for marketing activities, and working on internal website pages with a focus on UX/UI. You will collaborate with the marketing team to produce creatives quickly based on A/B tests.

Responsibilities7

• Develop promotional materials for digital channels: banners, sliders, email newsletters, social media
• Create animations (GIF, WebM, SVG) for marketing activities and interface elements
• Design and refine internal website pages with a focus on UX/UI and visual consistency
• Generate visual content using AI tools (Midjourney and similar)
• Maintain and develop product visual style within brand guidelines
• Work with the marketing team: quickly produce creatives based on hypotheses and A/B tests
• Optional: Create and edit video content for social media

• Proficient in Photoshop
• Figma
• Animate
• Illustrator
• After Effects
• Midjourney
• Grok
• Gemini
• Understanding of the principles of composition, color, and typography
• Experience creating advertising creatives (banners, social media, email)
• Animation skills (at least basic level)
• Ability to work to specifications and deadlines
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere/After Effects)
