Full-Stack Software Engineer

We develop and manage our own platform completely in-house. We are looking for a software developer who masters the entire technical chain: from database and backend to frontend, mobile apps, and the infrastructure on which everything runs. The team is small, responsibilities are broad.

• Build functionality across the full stack, from database to user interface.
• Translate user wishes and problems into software that actually makes their work easier.
• Consult with users to understand what they need, even when they cannot describe it technically precisely.
• Build and maintain backends, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
• Manage and expand the Kubernetes cluster, including workloads, ingress, certificates, secrets, and autoscaling.
• Maintain CI/CD via GitHub Actions and resolve deployment issues.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and error tracing.
• Use AI tools to develop faster and better.
• Design and implement AI functionality in our own applications, e.g., using models, APIs, structured output, embeddings, retrieval, or other AI applications.
• Contribute to architecture, technical choices, and further platform development.
• Trace problems to the layer where they actually originate, whether frontend, backend, database, network, or infrastructure.

• TypeScript
• React and Next.js with the App Router, and a good understanding of server-side and client-side rendering.
• Node.js backends, specifically Fastify. Authentication, authorization, validation, and API design are familiar territory.
• PostgreSQL and SQL. Ability to write and analyze queries and understand implications for a production database.
• React Native / Expo for mobile applications.
• Kubernetes from practical experience: manage workloads, write manifests, systematically troubleshoot.

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting of applications and infrastructure.
• Linux and command-line tooling
• Proficient with modern AI tools during development; understand where AI helps and does not help, critically evaluate output.
• Experience connecting AI models via APIs, or ability to pick this up quickly.
