About the Position

Responsibilities8

• Become the first hire in a new Platform team and build the infrastructure function from scratch
• Transform infrastructure that has grown alongside the product into a mature, well-structured platform
• Take Terraform and Kubernetes to the next level of maturity
• Build a full observability system: metrics, logs, traces, alerting
• Strengthen security practices: access management, secrets handling, protection from external threats
• Optimize data infrastructure ensuring stable and efficient pipelines for analytics
• Create platform templates for new services
• Work across three core business domains: Product, Growth/Marketing, and Payments

Requirements10

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Infrastructure / DevOps
• Strong experience with Kubernetes + Helm
• GCP projects, networking, services, access management
• Terraform infrastructure as code
• CI/CD building and maintaining pipelines
• Observability monitoring, logging, alerting
• Security access control, secrets management
• Ability to write production-level code (Bash/Python)
• Ownership mindset
• Actively using AI tools
