IT-Prozessmanager (m/w/d)

We are looking for an IT process manager to support business departments in optimising daily workflows using modern tools and automation. The role involves introducing and testing AI tools and working with low-code/no-code platforms.

• Accompanying various departments such as purchasing, HR or order management in optimising daily workflows through modern workflows
• Participation in the introduction and testing of AI tools, e.g. ChatGPT or Claude, to ease routine office tasks
• Support in connecting existing applications via smart automation platforms
• Close collaboration with specialised departments and experienced colleagues

• Completed training or degree e.g. in IT, business informatics, business administration with IT focus, alternatively motivated career changers with pronounced IT affinity and logical thinking skills
• Knowledge in the use of AI tools (Prompt Engineering) and interest in learning modern low-code/no-code platforms e.g. n8n or Make
• Initial experience working with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint)
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Basic programming skills, e.g. with Python or JavaScript, advantageous
• Good German language skills in word and writing
• Team spirit, communication skills and joy in solving digital puzzles
