Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Assisted)

About the Position

It is an Insurance Administration Platform designed to manage policies, agents, billing, claims, commissions, and tax reporting. We are seeking a highly autonomous, architecturally minded Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities6

• Take immediate ownership of the existing multi-tenant codebase, drive feature development, and resolve technical debt
• Maintain strict separation of concerns and clean domain logic using principles of Hexagonal Architecture
• Ensure the platform’s architecture and data handling consistently meet rigorous security standards
• Enforce strict data protection protocols, managing envelope encryption (KMS), OIDC-based authentication, and granular access control (RBAC/ABAC)
• Aggressively utilize AI/ML tooling in your daily workflow to maximize velocity while maintaining absolute responsibility for the security and correctness of the final commits
• Ensure the stability of your code through robust testing practices.

Requirements6

• 5+ years of production experience in Full-stack development
• Advanced TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Prisma ORM
• Proven ability to design and implement robust Cloud Architecture
• Experience working in heavily regulated environments
• Understanding of how to prompt effectively with AI coding assistants
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
