Senior Python engineer(with React)

About the Position

Techery helps to bridge business vision and technology. As a product and consulting company, we focus on creating our own products that are technologically advanced and adapted to real needs. The team works on authentication and access management systems for Sony Music's global platform, supporting large-scale authorization systems for millions of users.

Responsibilities9

• Understanding the architecture of the system and business logic
• Analyzing and resolving incidents related to user authentication and identification
• Improving internal documentation and updating runbooks
• Identifying gaps in current support processes and optimizing them
• Developing and enhancing the backend in Python, including optimizing databases and SQL queries
• Contributing to the frontend (React) if necessary for feature implementation or fixes
• Working with Auth0/OAuth integrations to enhance their reliability
• Writing unit and integration tests to improve code quality
• Collaborating with the product team on the development and launch of new features from idea to release.

Requirements8

• Strong experience in backend development with Python and working with databases
• Experience with React and willingness to work on frontend when needed
• Experience with GraphQL and APIs
• Understanding of IAM systems, identity providers, and SSO
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and modern authentication protocols
• Experience with Auth0 is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Systematic approach to analyzing and resolving complex production incidents
• Ability to quickly navigate large codebases and work efficiently with them.
