Lead Full-Stack Developer

About the Position

HOLYWATER TECH is a technology company creating entertainment products at the intersection of human creativity and artificial intelligence. They are looking for a Full-Stack Lead to design and develop their products.

Responsibilities7

• Designing and developing frontend architecture (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/NestJS or equivalents)
• Code review, setting quality code standards and best practices
• Task decomposition, sprint planning together with the Product Manager
• Mentoring and technical onboarding of team developers
• Choosing and integrating new technologies, libraries, and infrastructure solutions
• Collaborating with DevOps on CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment
• Participation in product discovery, technical assessment of features in early stages

Requirements7

• 3+ years of commercial experience (Full-Stack or Front-end)
• Front-end: React (hooks, context, performance optimization), Next.js (SSR/SSG)
• Back-end: Node.js + REST/GraphQL API, NestJS or similar backend framework
• Experience with Docker, cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure), TypeScript, Redis, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization)
• Experience in product companies
• Experience in a managerial position or willingness to develop in this direction
• Openness to feedback and ability to provide constructive feedback
