Responsibilities7

• Managing and servicing the PC and office equipment fleet (printers, scanners, copiers)
• Installing and configuring software on client workstations (Windows 11, Office, OpenVPN, MicroSIP)
• Administering server equipment (Windows Server, Linux), working with Active Directory and policies
• Setting up and maintaining office networks (LAN, Wi-Fi), MikroTik and Ubiquiti UniFi equipment
• Connecting, configuring, and servicing video surveillance and access control systems based on Hikvision
• Resolving technical issues for office employees and providing user support
• Collaborating with the team to quickly resolve technical tasks

Requirements8

• Experience with PCs and office equipment
• Knowledge of installation and configuration of software on workstations
• Understanding of server administration principles for Windows and Linux, knowledge of AD and policies
• Experience with office networks (LAN, Wi-Fi), configuring routers and network equipment
• Ability to work with network printers (HP, Canon, Epson)
• Knowledge of video surveillance and access control systems
• Analytical thinking and ability to quickly solve problems
• Team player, willing to collaborate with colleagues
