About the Position

PandaDoc is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Core UX Platform team. This role involves building and maintaining frontend infrastructure, impacting millions of users across the PandaDoc ecosystem.

Responsibilities7

• Build and maintain Application Platform frameworks that standardize frontend features
• Drive large-scale migrations and codemods across the codebase
• Design and publish versioned platform libraries and developer tools
• Ensure production-grade quality through comprehensive testing
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Infrastructure teams
• Drive adoption of platform standards across the organization
• Stay ahead of industry trends in frontend infrastructure

Requirements9

• 8+ years in software engineering with strong frontend and infrastructure expertise
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern build tooling
• Prior experience as a member of a frontend platform team
• Experience authoring and publishing packages consumed by multiple teams
• Hands-on experience executing application-wide codemods
• Familiarity with Module Federation and modularization patterns
• Comfortable with testing strategies across the stack
• Ability to coordinate platform changes and write migration guides
• Willingness to leverage AI tools in your workflow
