(Senior) Frontend Engineer (F/M/*)

Building Europe's business AI. Senior Frontend Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge interfaces using Vue.js and Nuxt.js. Hybrid working model in Aachen, Germany.

• Design and build scalable applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js
• Collaborate closely with product and backend teams to define and implement seamless RESTful API integrations
• Lead by example by writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
• Identify performance bottlenecks and continuously optimize the frontend stack
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help define and standardize frontend tooling and conventions
• Conduct code reviews and actively mentor mid-level and junior developers
• Stay up to date with modern web technologies and promote continuous improvement
• Support the team during critical releases and take ownership of delivering key features
• Enjoy mentoring less experienced developers

• Several years of experience in frontend development, including experience working with Vue.js and Nuxt.js
• Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS, along with a solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, authentication flows, and asynchronous data handling
• Comfortable working with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, agile methodologies and modern frontend tooling like Webpack or Vite
• Apply testing best practices using tools such as Jest, Cypress, or similar frameworks
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and like to work together with the design teams
• Reliably complete tasks you have started

• Fluent in English
• Nice to have: experience with the Composition API as well as knowledge of backend integration with Node.js
