About the Position

The position requires extensive experience in backend development with a focus on Rust, including asynchronous programming and various web stack technologies. Candidates must have a strong understanding of testing, observability, and security practices required in production environments.

Requirements11

• 5+ years in backend development
• 3+ years in production Rust or 2+ years in intense production with a strong portfolio
• Knowledge of Rust: ownership/borrowing, lifetimes, async/await, Tokio
• Web stack experience with Axum/Actix + Tower
• Strong understanding of HTTP/2, gRPC, TLS
• PostgreSQL knowledge including SQL, indexes, execution plans, transactions, isolation, locking
• Experience with Kafka/NATS/RabbitMQ at production level
• OpenAPI/Protobuf contracts
• Unit/integration testing, property-based testing
• Knowledge of Docker, multi-stage builds, CI/CD
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices
