Junior System Administrator (L1)

About the Position

MAUDAU is a young, ambitious Ukrainian tech company seeking a System Administrator to support their IT infrastructure and users. The role involves a mix of hardware, networking, and user support tasks. Join to contribute to a product 'made in Ukraine' with a skilled tech team.

Responsibilities4

• Create, configure, and delete user accounts, manage access to systems and resources.
• Maintain workstations (Windows, MacOS), printers, scanners, MFPs, and data collection terminals, as well as deploy new equipment.
• Monitor license compliance for software and maintain records of IT assets, organizing inventory.
• Ensure stable operation of network infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software failures, and interact with contractors and vendor support.

Requirements7

• User account management in Active Directory, managing user and group policies.
• Configuration of PCs (Windows, MacOS) connected to the domain, managing updates and configurations.
• Working with admin panels of internal services (mail servers, CRM, Slack, etc.).
• Basic networking knowledge, solving access and security issues.
• Technical support and diagnosing hardware and software issues.
• Basic cybersecurity principles: antivirus, firewall, data protection.
• Maintaining technical documentation and creating user instructions.
