Full Stack Engineer (Salesforce)

TITAN is a web-based platform and fast-growing startup in the Salesforce ecosystem. They seek a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build their platform, integrating with Salesforce CRM using React, Node, AWS, and TypeScript.

• Architect and conduct tech designs, implement, and optimize features using advanced technologies.
• Design, build, and maintain robust system integrations, specifically focusing on seamless, bi-directional data syncs between our platform and enterprise CRMs (Salesforce)
• Take ownership of features, systems, and end-to-end processes.
• Work seamlessly across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Architect secure authentication flows and manage M2M (Machine-to-Machine) communications for third-party API connections.
• Translate complex product requirements into robust and scalable solutions.
• Implement resilient integration architectures, including handling webhooks, rate limiting strategies, and reliable retry mechanisms for external API calls.
• Collaborate with an exceptional team of engineers to solve challenging problems.
• Maintain clear documentation for application changes, development updates, and API integration flows.

• 5+ years of meaningful experience with backend & frontend development (React and Node.js) and APIs, in a real production environment
• Proven experience building complex integrations with third-party APIs and a strong understanding of CRM data models (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Custom Objects)
• Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, SOQL/SOSL, and configuring Connected Apps
• Strong understanding of modern authentication protocols, specifically OAuth2 (Authorization Code, Client Credentials flows), JWT, and secure token lifecycle management (e.g., Refresh Token Rotation)
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of databases, including SQL and MongoDB
• In-depth understanding of the DOM, client-side performance, and browser compatibility
• Familiarity with Salesforce backend development (Apex triggers/classes, Platform Events) is a strong plus
