About the Position

We are looking for a specialist who lives in the ecosystem of artificial intelligence: capable of building AI assistants, chatbots, funnels, and integrations between various services. The position focuses on creating and configuring AI assistants for different projects.

Responsibilities8

• Creating and configuring AI assistants for various projects (chatbots in Telegram/WhatsApp, chat widgets on the website, voice assistants, etc.)
• Designing and assembling automated funnels using AI (lead processing, FAQs, qualification, trigger broadcasts)
• Integrating LLM models (OpenAI and analogs) with external services: CRM, Telegram bots, Google Sheets, Notion, landing pages, payment services, etc.
• Working with no-code/low-code platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Albato, or analogs)
• Setting up basic RAG solutions: knowledge base, documentation search, FAQs
• Testing, monitoring, and optimizing already created scenarios
• Maintaining simple technical documentation for assistants and funnels
• Collaborating with developers, marketing, and support teams.

Requirements7

• Practical experience with LLM (OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.): ability to build prompt chains, use functions/tools.
• Experience with at least one automation platform: Make, Zapier, n8n, Albato, Manychat, Botpress, Voiceflow, or similar.
• Experience creating or supporting Telegram/WhatsApp bots (through constructors or API integrations).
• Understanding of REST API principles, webhooks, JSON (to read/change requests and comprehend responses).
• Basic technical skills: knowledge of JavaScript or Python at a level sufficient to write/adjust a simple script.
• Ability to decompose a business process into a scheme and working scenario.
• Independence, responsibility, and adequate communication.
