Full Stack React Developer

AgileGrid Solutions (via Embedded Shishya) is seeking a Full Stack React Developer to evolve their leadership development platform. The role involves building scalable frontend and backend systems using React, PostgreSQL, and Tailwind CSS, with a fully remote work environment.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, user-facing features using ReactJS
• Architecting and optimizing scalable backend systems and data models utilizing PostgreSQL
• Creating responsive, consistent, and modern interfaces with Tailwind CSS
• Leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and innovation
• Collaborating with team members to plan, design, and deliver high-impact features
• Participating in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high standards

• Deep expertise in ReactJS with a proven track record of developing complex, production-ready web applications
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, including experience with database architecture, performance tuning, and ensuring data integrity
• Advanced skills in Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks for creating responsive and modern user interfaces
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
• Experience with Remix IDE, NextJS, or exposure to leadership development or learning management systems (advantageous)
• Relevant certifications or professional training in web development or related fields (advantageous)
