Senior Application Support Engineer (night shift)

Senior Application Support Engineer responsible for supporting and maintaining critical applications in a production environment. The role combines technical support, monitoring, troubleshooting, IT Service Management and automation. The candidate should have a proactive approach to improving platform stability and operational efficiency.

• Supporting and maintaining critical applications in a production environment
• Hands-on technical application support, monitoring, troubleshooting, IT Service Management and automation
• Working closely with development, infrastructure and other technology teams to ensure platform stability
• Resolving complex issues and continuously improving the supportability of the environment
• Taking ownership of technical issues and driving them through to resolution
• Communicating effectively with different stakeholders in an international environment
