About the Position

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international IT product companies. We are currently looking for a Backend Engineer (MarTech) to help enhance our marketing technology platform and improve business performance. This role requires ownership of existing services, development of API integrations, and collaboration with marketing teams.

Responsibilities6

• Build and evolve a unified marketing technology platform
• Take full ownership of 5+ existing services
• Develop and maintain production-grade integrations with Meta / TikTok / Google
• Redesign the tracking architecture by shifting from client-side to server-side
• Eliminate manual operational workflows
• Proactively identify and implement new martech solutions

Requirements10

• 3+ years of commercial backend development experience
• Node.js
• TypeScript
• Strong experience building reliable API integrations
• GCP experience
• Systems thinking
• High level of autonomy
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership mindset
• Uses AI as part of their workflow
