Marketing Technical Setup Specialist

Looking for a career in digital marketing but lacking experience? Mine Marketing wants YOU to join our team as a Technical Setup Specialist! This role involves managing marketing setups, working with platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and using AI tools. Fully remote, no coding required.

• Track and manage operational tasks and workflows.
• Support the team with troubleshooting, documentation, and operational processes.
• Work with Facebook and other marketing platforms to support daily operations.
• Perform technical marketing setups and assist with system operations.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and speed up routine work where appropriate.
• Managing API integrations;
• Working with domains and hosting;
• Technical support of the system operation;

• Although experience in Technical Setup is preferred, we welcome applicants of all levels who show a willingness to learn and grow in the role;
• Strong English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets to track tasks, reports, and operational data.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Taboola, or Outbrain is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools (such as Claude or similar) and the ability to use them to improve day to day work.
• Ability to analyze data and make key decisions;
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed, and dynamic environment;
• Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
