About the Position

The company is building a reliable and scalable infrastructure for digital services used by millions of Ukrainians daily. The DevOps team ensures stability, security, and quick deployment of innovative solutions on a national level.

Responsibilities8

• Ensure the development, implementation, and maintenance of a highly reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure for critical government digital services.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters to ensure high availability of services.
• Configure and optimize authentication and authorization systems using Keycloak.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring and log analysis systems based on Elasticsearch/APM, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Administer and optimize PostgreSQL databases for high performance.
• Develop and improve CI/CD processes using Jenkins and Git.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code principles using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Configure and manage systems such as Kafka, MongoDB, and Minio in cluster configuration.

Requirements8

• Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's level).
• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps or system administration.
• Willingness to work in the office in Kyiv.
• Practical experience with on-premise data centers and cloud services.
• Deep knowledge and experience with Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, Keycloak, Elasticsearch, Prometheus/Grafana, PostgreSQL, Git, Kafka, MongoDB, Minio, Helm.
• Skills in administering SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) focusing on high availability.
• Ability to learn quickly and continuously improve skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and excellent communication skills.
