AI Solution Architect

PwC is a global network of professionals. We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to join the CEE IT Digital Solutions team and lead the design of enterprise-grade AI solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. The role involves defining architecture standards, shaping technology decisions, and guiding AI initiatives from concept through production deployment.

• Design and architect enterprise AI solutions, including RAG applications, AI agents, voice solutions, and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Define solution architecture standards, reusable patterns, and engineering best practices for AI projects.
• Drive architecture decisions across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and related technologies.
• Support rapid prototyping, MVP development, and production-scale AI deployments.
• Design agentic workflows, multi-agent architectures, orchestration patterns, and Human-in-the-Loop solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Establish approaches for AI quality assurance, evaluation, monitoring, and performance measurement.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, risk, and Responsible AI principles.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption within the PwC environment.

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application development.
• 4+ years of experience delivering AI, Generative AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong experience with: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure cloud services and architecture, Python.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of: LLMs and Generative AI, RAG architectures, embeddings and vector search.
• LangChain and/or LangGraph, Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.
• AI evaluation frameworks and quality metrics.
• Experience working with GitHub and modern source control practices.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
