About the Position

The Governance Team is looking for an Infographic/Presentation Designer to create and polish business presentations and reports. The role involves transforming complex data into clear visual stories using PowerPoint, Word, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

  • Create, beautify and professionally polish Microsoft PowerPoint presentations in line with corporate design standards and business requirements.
  • Transform complex business information, data, and ideas into clear, concise, and engaging visual stories.
  • Create infographics, diagrams, charts, timelines, process flows, and other visual elements for presentations and reports.
  • Improve slide layouts, structure, visual hierarchy, readability, and overall presentation consistency.
  • Adapt presentation style and level of visualization depending on the target audience, including senior management and leadership.
  • Create and maintain reusable PowerPoint slides, presentation templates, and visual assets.
  • Work with existing presentations and improve them while preserving the original business message and content.
  • Compile, format, and visually improve Microsoft Word documents and reports.
  • Prepare and edit visual assets using Adobe Photoshop when required.
  • Collaborate with Governance team members and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver materials within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, attention to detail, and high visual quality across all delivered materials.

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with proven experience in professional presentation design, beautification, and polishing.
  • Strong understanding of presentation design principles, including composition, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, alignment, and consistency.
  • Ability to transform complex information and data into clear and engaging infographics and visualizations.
  • Experience creating and formatting charts, diagrams, process flows, timelines, and other business graphics.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, including professional document formatting and layout.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, particularly for handling data used in presentations, charts, and reports.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for editing and preparing visual assets.
  • Ability to follow corporate branding guidelines and presentation templates while maintaining a high level of visual quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple presentation and document requests.
