Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Position

Prime Insights is a Sweden-based technology company reaching millions of diverse users through its proprietary Market Research Panel. We're looking for a QA Engineer to deliver high-quality products by combining strong manual testing with automation practices.

Responsibilities6

• Perform manual testing on web & mobile devices
• Perform testing on relational databases to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Conduct API testing with a strong understanding of RESTful services
• Select and utilize appropriate test design techniques to effectively test products
• Write and execute basic JavaScript and SQL scripts for testing purposes
• Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and client-server architecture

Requirements9

• 2+ years of experience in QA, testing web and mobile applications
• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals and test design techniques
• Experience testing web applications and REST APIs
• Practical experience with API testing and SQL for data validation
• Experience with test automation frameworks and ability to write automated tests
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO or similar
• Ability to design test scenarios from requirements and maintain test documentation
• Comfortable writing automation tests independently, not only maintaining existing ones
• English proficiency sufficient for technical communication
