About the Position

Responsibilities8

  • Inspect components and materials from suppliers against technical specifications
  • Monitor solder quality, electronics assembly, and mechanical sub-assemblies on the production line
  • Identify and document defects in components and finished products
  • Operate measurement equipment and monitor its condition and calibration status
  • Calibrate sensors according to established procedures
  • Complete SPC control charts and inspection logs
  • Record defects with failure type classification (mechanical, electronic, firmware)
  • Participate in internal quality audits under the guidance of the QA Manager

Requirements6

  • Secondary technical or higher education in electronics, mechanical engineering, or aerospace
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or quality control is preferred; strong technical aptitude is considered
  • Practical knowledge of electronics assembly and mechanical processes
  • Ability to operate basic measurement tools: multimeter, calipers, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual defect detection skills
  • Basic familiarity with ISO 9001, 5S methodology, or SPC principles is a plus
