Responsibilities8
- Inspect components and materials from suppliers against technical specifications
- Monitor solder quality, electronics assembly, and mechanical sub-assemblies on the production line
- Identify and document defects in components and finished products
- Operate measurement equipment and monitor its condition and calibration status
- Calibrate sensors according to established procedures
- Complete SPC control charts and inspection logs
- Record defects with failure type classification (mechanical, electronic, firmware)
- Participate in internal quality audits under the guidance of the QA Manager
Requirements6
- Secondary technical or higher education in electronics, mechanical engineering, or aerospace
- Prior experience in manufacturing or quality control is preferred; strong technical aptitude is considered
- Practical knowledge of electronics assembly and mechanical processes
- Ability to operate basic measurement tools: multimeter, calipers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and visual defect detection skills
- Basic familiarity with ISO 9001, 5S methodology, or SPC principles is a plus
