Mindbox is seeking a Programme Manager to lead strategic data and platform initiatives for a global financial services client. The role involves cross-functional programme delivery, governance, and stakeholder management. The position offers a hybrid work setup in Kraków.

• Lead strategic data and platform initiatives within a global financial services environment
• Drive cross-functional programme delivery, overseeing multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders
• Execute complex change across data governance, platform migration, and analytics capabilities
