We are a team that implements and develops CRM systems for business. We work on complex projects: building business processes, integrations, optimizing, and automating department work.

• Development and refinement of Creatio CRM systems
• Setting up and automating business processes
• Designing the system logic according to client tasks
• Integrations with external services (API, telephony, websites, messengers, etc.)
• Optimizing existing solutions
• Managing projects together with the head of the technical direction

• Experience with CRM systems, specifically with Creatio
• Understanding of business process logic and system architecture
• Knowledge of C# and/or JavaScript (mandatory)
• Experience with APIs and integrations
• Structured thinking and systematic approach
• Ability to make technical decisions independently
• Responsibility for results, not just completed tasks
