JavaScript / SCADA Engineer

We are looking for a JavaScript / SCADA Engineer with strong experience in web-based industrial applications, SCADA/HMI systems, and engineering automation. The role involves developing and maintaining web-based SCADA/HMI applications, building dashboards, alarms, diagnostics, and engineering automation workflows.

• Develop and maintain web-based SCADA / HMI applications
• Build dashboards, visualization screens, alarm interfaces, and diagnostic tools
• Design reusable frontend components and scalable application architecture
• Integrate SCADA systems with PLC environments and industrial data sources
• Work with OPC UA and other industrial communication protocols
• Build integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and structured data models
• Automate engineering workflows, including PLC and engineering data import and processing
• Reduce manual engineering effort through tooling and automation
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with automation engineers, software developers, and technical stakeholders

• Strong commercial experience with JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, Node.js
• Experience with Git, REST APIs, JSON, and data modeling
• Experience designing frontend architecture and reusable components
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of SCADA / HMI applications
• Experience working with PLC environments
• Hands-on experience with OPC UA and industrial communication protocols
• Experience with at least one SCADA platform: Ignition, atvise, WinCC, zenon, FactoryTalk, AVEVA / Wonderware, Siemens Industrial Software
• Experience developing web-based HMI/SCADA dashboards and visualization interfaces
• Experience with engineering automation and processing PLC / engineering data
