Founding Full-Stack Engineer

We are building software for the construction industry to capture project knowledge and catch mistakes early. Our product reads documents, tracks decisions, and catches mistakes, running on live autobahn and S-Bahn projects. We are pre-seed with live customers.

• Build the AI-native project management product including dashboards, task views, and alerts
• Design the data layer schema, write queries, and build APIs for a five-year construction project with highly interconnected data (documents, protocols, decisions, tasks, stakeholders)
• Build surfaces where automation runs on cronjobs and recommendations are surfaced for approval
• Work on end-to-end features where some tasks run fully automatically with user review only at the end
• Ship at 80% and improve in the next iteration; learn from production on live infrastructure projects
• High ownership – if you spot the problem, it's yours to fix

• Strong full-stack engineer with TypeScript and React/Next.js
• Build complex, performant frontends and backend APIs
• Real instincts for database design and query optimization
• Prototype fast and measure everything
• Care about reliability, because on a live construction project wrong has consequences
• Reason from user pain to solution to measurable outcome
• Able to sit across from a non-technical customer and understand how they work
• Nice to have: comfort integrating AI features, strong open-source work, earlier startup stint, domain depth in construction or complex B2B workflows, good eye for design
• Work in English; German helpful but not required

• Be one of the first engineers, own critical parts of the product end to end
• Work directly with the founders
• Path to top individual contributor or VP Engineering
• Equity: 0.5% to 1.5%, four-year vest, 1.5-year cliff
• Hybrid: three days a week in our central Munich office
