Front-end developer

Development of AI-enabled solutions that support a signal-driven commercial intelligence platform connecting market insights, content creation, sales engagement, and client feedback. As a Frontend Engineer you will contribute to application design and implement new features using React and Next.js.

• Contribute to application design by utilizing industry best practices.
• Implement new features in a highly collaborative work environment alongside product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers.
• Share technical solutions and product ideas through design review, pair programming, code review and technical discussions.
• Provide insightful code reviews, receive code reviews constructively and take ownership of outcomes ("you ship it, you own it").
• Apply AI as a primary tool to design, build, test, and support solutions.

• 5+ years software engineering experience with expertise in frontend technologies.
• Practical experience with React and preferably Next.js.
• Practical knowledge of software engineering best practices (e.g. Agile software development, test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation).
• At least basic backend skills (services, database).
• Fluency in AI technologies and experience utilizing AI agents to design, code, and test applications.
• Outstanding communication skills, ability to establish and maintain a close working relationship with distributed team members and business partners.
• Backend: API, Services, SQL (Nice-to-Have)
• Knowledge of AI fundamentals and understanding of AI solutions, including orchestration and RAG (Nice-to-Have)
• English: B2 Upper Intermediate
