Senior Go Developer / FinTech / Crypto Processing

We are hiring for an established international FinTech company headquartered in Cyprus with 160+ employees and 8 engineering teams. One of its product teams is developing a proprietary B2C crypto-processing platform built from scratch in 2021. We are looking for a strong Middle+/Senior Go Developer to join the backend team and contribute to the further development of the platform.

• Develop and scale backend services using Go.
• Design and evolve microservice-based architecture.
• Build new functionality and improve existing production services.
• Work extensively with PostgreSQL and message brokers.
• Participate in architecture and system design discussions.
• Write clean, maintainable and production-ready code.
• Take part in code reviews and technical decision-making.
• Work closely with QA, Frontend, DevOps and other engineering teams.
• Contribute to improving engineering practices and overall product stability.

• 4–5+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Go.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar message brokers.
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture and system design.
• Ability to write clean, well-structured and maintainable code.
• Experience working with mature engineering practices, including code review and collaborative technical decision-making.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes at user level.
• English B1+.
• We are particularly interested in engineers with experience in large-scale product or BigTech environments, where engineering quality, structured development processes and maintainability are important.

• Up to €5,000–5,500 net/month, depending on experience and technical level.
