Greenlight Financial Technology is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer II to join its Web Platform and Family Hub team, responsible for designing and implementing high-quality web experiences using React and Next.js. The role involves technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across teams.

• Lead the design and implementation of high-quality web experiences.
• Translate mobile product features into engaging web experiences with a strong focus on user experience.
• Contribute to the technical strategy and long-term vision for the web platform.
• Define engineering standards, development practices, and technical best practices.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team.
• Manage technical debt and champion code quality.
• Lead architectural improvements and the ongoing evolution of the web platform.
• Participate in deployment and operational phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and engineering teams to deliver reliable web applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership.
• Strong expertise with React and Next.js or comparable modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with modern build tools.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of web application design and development.
