Senior Software Engineer, Core Experiences - Dnipro, Ukraine

Speechify is the easiest way to listen to the world’s information. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team which builds and maintains foundational services and SDKs. This critical role involves designing reliable APIs and systems that enhance user experience across platforms.

• Collaborate with Speechify’s Product Teams to scope projects
• Find ways to reduce scope for faster feedback from customers
• Navigate integration/UX tradeoffs relevant to different product teams
• Deliver solutions via our cross-platform SDK
• Optimize existing functionality for faster loading and more intelligent parsing
• Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin

• Systems thinking
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (Java experience is OK)
• Prior experience with GCP is a plus
