Tech Lead — Tracking & Infrastructure

ROIcamp is a media buying team in the dating vertical, seeking a Tech Lead to design and build the entire tracking stack from scratch. The role involves architecting a postback chain, managing domain infrastructure, integrating ad-source APIs, and building monitoring—all for a team of 40+ people that is fully remote. You own the technical decisions from day one, with no legacy to maintain.

• Design and roll out the tracking stack: tracker, traffic distribution, and S2S postbacks into the product, architected for millions of events a month.
• Wire the postback chain so every funnel step reaches the tracker without loss: click, registration, subscription, and rebill
• Run the domain infrastructure: registration, DNS, SSL, rotation of landing pages and prelanders, speed, and fault tolerance.
• Integrate ad-source APIs and internal systems: automated statistics, cost synchronization, exports into BI.
• Build monitoring and alerting so a postback outage reaches you before it reaches a buyer.
• Automate the buyer routine: landing deploys, account infrastructure, and small tools the team uses daily.
• Guarantee data integrity together with the analyst
• Document the stack with diagrams, runbooks, and procedures

• Tracker administration in Keitaro or Binom at real volumes, not on a demo install
• S2S postbacks, API integrations, and webhooks, with the ability to debug a chain where a conversion has gone missing
• Domains, DNS, SSL, Linux servers, and basic CDN configuration
• Scripting in PHP, JavaScript, or Python at the level of shipping tools the team actually uses
