Recruiter (affiliate niche)

ROIcamp is a media buying team in the dating vertical. They are hiring a recruiter specialized in affiliate and iGaming niches to source media buyers, screen their performance numbers, and build the buying department. The role is fully remote, with a base salary plus bonuses.

• Source actively where the niche lives: Telegram communities, industry boards, conference chats, and team referrals
• Screen buyers by the numbers, verifying cases, spend, and campaigns against our checklists before a candidate reaches the Head
• Run candidates through the full hiring funnel while holding a reply-within-2-business-days SLA at every stage
• Present the offer, walking candidates through our open buyer bonus formula
• Build employer brand in the niche through the careers page, vacancy texts, and presence in industry communities
• Own hiring analytics: funnel by channel, stage conversion, cost, and time to fill
• Source in person at niche conferences, with trips covered by the company

• At least 2 years of recruiting in affiliate, iGaming, or traffic niches
• Your own network among buyers
• The ability to run several roles in parallel without letting communication quality slip
• Enough industry fluency to ask a buyer pointed questions about their numbers

• A bonus for every successful hire on top of the base salary
• Budget for paid channels: propose one, justify it, and receive the funding
• Niche conferences at the company's expense
